Pie dough of Puerto Rico

Today we explain how to prepare the traditional Pie Dough.

Pie Dough of Puerto Rico:
The pie dough is one of the most traditional dishes in the cuisine of Puerto Rico. It is made with meat, although it is true that the recipe can vary depending on the area. Are cakes very tasty wrap with paper of banana.
For the filling:

For the dough:
3 pounds of yautia blanca 1 kilo lbs. of yautia or yellow potatoes 1 green banana, 250 grams of pumpkin 20 bananas green 2½ tbsp. salt 2 tzs. of warm milk 500 grams of lard achiote melted
35 banana leaves and paper * salt to taste * Rope to tie
For the filling
Cut the pork and ham into small pieces and fry until golden brown. Chop fine tiny onion,the garlic, the peppers, the peppers, the cilantro, the capers and add the combination to the meat. Let it cook on a slow fire. Add the chickpeas and the peppers morrónes cut into strips. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the fire.
For the dough:
Mix the yautías, the bananas, pumpkin, and banana. Add the salt and then the warm milk. Add the combination of butter with annatto until you move color to the dough.
To form the pastries:

Juntalos two at a time, juntalos with the folds in front and left us. Colocalos the fire, in a container large water with salt to taste. When the water is boiling, add the cakes. Let them boil covered for 2 hours. After they have been cooked, remove from water immediately.
