The cupcakes are a temptation, entice you at first glance and you fall in love with on the palate. I teach you how to make some chocolate cupcakes easy.
The cupcakes are not as difficult to prepare as it may seem in the beginning. It may be that the first few times we cost a little more to make the buttecream but with this recipe of Nutella you will see, as I it is simple in addition to delicious.
These temptations of chocolate can become a perfect gift from a romantic breakfast on Valentine's day as a dessert that melts in the mouth, full of chocolate to any special moment.
For the cupcakes/muffins:
- 150 gr of butter
- 150 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr of flour confectionery
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
For the buttercream:
- 150 grams of butter
- 150 grams of sugar glass
- 3-4 good spoonfuls of nutella/cocoa butter
Make the cupcakes:
To prepare the cupcakes, or muffins, you can follow the step-by-step recipe of Muffins dark chocolate with white chocolate chips. I loved the result so that is the recipe that I followed, just that by avoiding adding white chocolate chips (although for another time, I will add them to see the contrast...).
There is only one aspect that varies and is at the time of filling the capsules which, as you know, you can only fill them half or three quarters.
Once you have, you just have to allow them to cool while you prepare the buttercream.
Prepare the buttercream:
To make a good buttercream, the butter we have taken it out an hour before (more or less) so that it is softened but without the need to be liquid. If you can, do not save it in the microwave, it is preferable to wait a little bit more.
You put the butter cut into pieces in a bowl high and add the icing sugar, remove with a spatula to prevent the kitchen I fill with white. When it is well mixed, add about three good tablespoons of Nutella or cacao butter and it is time to put the rods.
You have to stir until everything is well linked and acquires the texture of ice cream.
Decorate the cupcakes:
Once you have your pastry bag and you have chosen the nozzle with which you want to decorate your cupcakes, fill a pastry bag with a spoon or a spatula and press down so that all the buttercream is ready to create culinary art.
To decorate the cupcakes, you can start from the center and making a circle or from the outside of the cupcake towards the center, drawing circles. It all depends on what you like more and what you easier.
Once you have, you can present them as is, or continue with the decoration. You can check watermarks of sugar on top, make figures out of fondant, everything that you pass by the head is possible.
